Bylaws of the BGA

Section 1: Bylaws

A) Bylaws shall govern the specific duties of the Executive Board and Committees.

B) Bylaws shall govern the procedures for conducting business at meetings of the BGA.

C) Bylaws shall be ratified by an assenting majority vote of the active membership.

D) Bylaws shall amplify and clarify other specific necessities as may be required.

E) Ratification of any amendment to the bylaws shall be subject to a majority vote of the active membership.
