The Constitution

Section 1: Ratification to the Constitution

A) Ratification of the constitution shall occur upon a two-thirds vote of the active membership.

Section 2: Amendments to the Constitution

A) The Constitution may be amended at any general meeting provided the amendment is submitted in writing to the Executive Board.

B) All amendments to the constitution are subject to the approval of the Office of the Dean of Students.
